An A0 has a surface area of 841 x 1189 millimetres. In inches, this is 33.110 x 46.811 inches.
With the A series of paper sizes, the next size is twice as large or small. The ratio of the A-standard between the long and short side is 2:1. If you fold a sheet of paper horizontally into two equal pieces, two pieces with the same ratio are created. An A0 is half the size of an 2A0. When you fold an A0, you have twice an A1.
